I stared off the day with body balance. It stretched and healed
all the aches and pains in my muscles.it was a much more welcomed work out
considering how sore I was. I then met up with bobby and made my own personal
gym schedule for a week that would suit my body and needs. Next I was taken
into the gym and shown how to correctly use all the fitness equipment and
machines. i then had a free time of working out in the gym using all the equipment
and machines correctly. The day finished with me doing gym supervision and
working out on the cardio machines.
