Work Experience: Day 5


After getting a sleep in I arrived at the changuu 3 v fitness venue for a change. I did parkour with the year 7 and 8’s from the AIS. After parkour I returned to the Kerboken gym. We I arrived back I was asked to design a poster promoting an event at 3v fitness enticing new members and boosting its popularity. My last task was gym supervision. I am feeling much more confident than my first day. I then said my farewells and goodbyes. What an awesome experience. Need to start saving for my own membership.     

Work Experience: Day 4


I stared off the day with body balance. It stretched and healed all the aches and pains in my muscles.it was a much more welcomed work out considering how sore I was. I then met up with bobby and made my own personal gym schedule for a week that would suit my body and needs. Next I was taken into the gym and shown how to correctly use all the fitness equipment and machines. i then had a free time of working out in the gym using all the equipment and machines correctly. The day finished with me doing gym supervision and working out on the cardio machines.

Work Expereince: Day 3


I headed straight into my third day of work experience with a fierce and intensive body pump class. My body is starting to ache in places I have never felt before. After a short break which gave me time to rehydrate I was on gym supervision duty.  Later that day I was given the opportunity to give a member a fitness assessment.  The last part of my day entailed gym supervision. Body is aching. Looking forward to a good night sleep

Work Experience: Day 2


Day two work experience started hard and fast as I joined the class of TRX. I sat down during the day with Bobby who is a 3v fitness instructor. He informed me on how all the classes work and explained what qualifications you need to have to become an instructor. I was given a brief gym introduction involving understanding the importance of gym supervision, the correct manner to greet members and clients, and how to manage a fitness assessment. My day ended with myself and Francis supervising and helping out in the Gym.


Work Experience: Day 1


So far, today has been a great experience. I arrived at 3v fitness kerobokan at 9.00 sharp. I was first introduced to all of the staff and they all made me feel very welcome. I was taken on an extensive tour of the complex. I was amazed at its size and facilities. I worked behind the reception desk for most of the morning. My duties included greeting members, renewing memberships, answering the phone and selling drinks. In the afternoon I did an intensive RPM work out with the other members.

I couldn’t contain my excitement knowing I had 4 weeks of holiday, no school, no homework and more fun! My parents decided to use this time to explore and to enjoy the serenity around the islands of Bali. At first I wasn’t so keen but then I thought it’s an adventure.
First on the list was to travel by fast boat to Gili Trawangan, I heard it’s a busy and overcrowded. It was fun and relaxing, we stayed in an amazing hotel with traditional huts serving nice food. Every day I would just sit down on the beach a chill and relax for hours. Gili was great but there’s still more adventure in this holiday. Gilis ticked off the list now what’s next?
Next we stopped at Lombok, we traveled three exhausting hours to reach a bay called Kute. It was a ghost town, no one was around but I noticed only at night and morning people were up and about. The food was really good and the beaches were really white. On the second and third day I went surfing in some world class spots. The waves were perfect and it barreled every wave. The water was crystal clear and you could see the reef one hundred meters away.

Work Experience

Sooo pumped for work experience! I am doing work experience at 3v fitness and i'm ready to get the heart rate up and the blood pumping.
